Mission: To support the parents when bringing their children up in the faith and teaching them the commandments - faithful to the solemn vow they made to do so, at their children’s baptism. This is done relationally with Jesus in “Class and Mass.”
Children’s Liturgy of the Word: The children’s liturgy consists of age-appropriate scripture readings and an interactive homily from provided material for students in grades K-6. A preschool liturgy is also offered. These are accommodated to the Liturgy of the Church year, for the 11:00 am Mass on most Sundays from mid-September through mid-June (10:00 am Mass on the June Sundays) in the Guadalupe Chapel located behind the Sacristy of the main church. Liturgists alternate Sundays on a rotating schedule.

“The definitive aim of catechesis is to put people not only in touch, but also in communion and intimacy with Jesus Christ. All evangelizing activity is understood as promoting communion with Jesus Christ.” ~Pope John Paul II (GDC80.)
